Calibration Service

Keyontechs has the most accurate and the biggest calibration laboratory in China.

Overview:

The calibration service is managed by a third-party company called “Shanghai Water Supply Meter Compulsory Verification Station”, and it is jointly owned by Keyontechs and Shanghai Municipal Investment Group Corporation. It is a professional measurement and testing technology institution with third-party and national level authentication.

Scope of Service

· Water meter verification and calibration: compulsory verification, entrust verification, commissioning testing, technical consultation

· Flowmeter calibration and testing: laboratory calibration and testing, on-site calibration

· Pipeline testing: pipeline testing and evaluation, CCTV testing

· Pipe testing: metal pipes, plastic pipes material performance testing

· Plant-wide measurement technical services: instrument life cycle management solutions and technical services

Testing Flow Meter Types

Mass flowmeter, Electromagnetic flowmeter, ultrasonic flowmeter, vortex flowmeter, turbine flowmeter, differential pressure flowmeter, volumetric flowmeter, float flowmeter, target flowmeter, water meter, control valve, etc.

All flowmeters produced by Keyontechs are subject to the calibration and verification performed by this laboratory.
