Ring Wedge Meter is a patented design. It is a special product which integrates the characteristics of wedge and orifice, and is developed to measure highly viscous and dirty fluids. The symmetrical deign limits the dead zone and un-even wear on the pipe wall. The edge of the wedge can be treated using Tungsten Carbide spray or Stellite spray to prevent wear and to increase service life. 

Redundant pressure tapping design

Circular symmetric structure of ring wedge meter makes redundant design of more than 4 groups of tapping flanges possible. It is a choice for applications with high measurement accuracy & process control requirements.
